* Each class contains a field experience
component in which pre-service librarians interact with certificated
librarians.
*A Library Media Internship is
separate from student teaching. It
includes 90 hours of fieldwork in a library and 10 hours of seminar online.
* The Library Media Internship is our capstone
course where the entire K-12 library program is evaluated. Evolution of the program also occurs
during the student teaching seminar each semester.
* If you are pursuing a Library media
minor, consult with your advisor on which courses to take.
