Room Reservation

Click on the Campus Calendar  link and select Add Event.
For the Title and Description, enter the following:

•  Title as: Event, Your Last Name, and Room Requesting
•  Description as: Reservation Time, Date, Phone Number, and any special accommodations needed
• Please reserve rooms a minimum of 24 hours in advance
  Note: Reservation of the STC Great Room must be made through Conference and Events Services at 683-7566
• Be aware that rooms are limited and in high demand, and are reserved on first come first serve basis.
• Important: Room reservation does not guarantee the space
